We also use the PipelineRFQ Website to send invitations to bids out to subcontractors and suppliers. If you do not get invites to bid, please contact our office.
Pipeline RFQ has an online plan room located at this link. You will need a Project ID along with a security key to enter. The ID and Key are provided in the fax or email invitation to bid.

We accept bids via fax at 518-786-0896 or by email using our website's secure bid submission form. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our office.
